Shipping & Returns Policy
Overview
Orders are processed within 3-5 business days of placing an order. You will receive an email once your order is dispatched containing your tracking information.
We ship registered post with An Post, Ireland’s local postal service. All items have a tracking number and require a signature on receipt and will be delivered by your local postal service. You will receive an email with the tracking number once the order has been sent.
Shipping costs for ‘Framed’ ‘Mount Only’ Limited Edition Prints up to 80cm on any side (typically covers Bijou, Small, Medium and Large sizes) and ‘Framed’ Originals measuring up to 60cm on any side (typically covers Bijou, Small and Medium sizes) are free to the customer. When buying a ‘Framed’ or ‘Mount Only’ Limited Edition Print over 80cm or a Framed’ Original over 60cm, please email us at info@niallleavy.com or https://www.niallleavy.com/connect for a quote on shipping prior to placing your order.
Alternatively, if you place your order, we will be in touch with a quote for shipping and email a separate invoice for payment. Once paid your order will be packed and shipped.
Please email info@niallleavy.com should you wish to avail of courier service at an extra charge.
Limited Edition Prints & Originals
All unframed ‘Mount Only’ Limited Edition Prints will be shipped in a flat pack. All ‘Framed’ Limited Edition Prints above 45cm diameter will be shipped (with An Post and with a courier service) without glass.
You will need to bring your new Framed Limited Edition Print to a local framer for glazing your new purchase. The back of the new Framed Limited Edition Print you have purchased will be in a condition that will make it easy for a framer to fit glass to the frame. Customers are responsible for paying for this glazing service.
Please note all Originals are framed in a ‘Tray Frame’ that does not have or require glass.
Delivery times for Limited Edition Prints

Returns
We are happy to accept your return once we are advised within 14 days of receipt.
Returns are only valid when we are notified in advance and the item is returned to us within 28 days. Please email us at info@niallleavy.com to advise of the return. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition. Returns will be credited once received and returns policy adhered to.
Unsuccessful delivery
If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or you were not home to accept a delivery, redelivery will take place following payment of new delivery costs or a refund will be given.
Lost/Damaged items
If your piece gets lost or damaged in transit, we will offer a replacement or full refund. An item is considered lost if there is no record of it after 28 days and it is confirmed missing by the postal carrier.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please respond to your confirmation email requesting cancelation or email us at info@niallleavy.com quoting your order number. If your order has not dispatched we will cancel your order and issue a refund. If your item has dispatched it will then fall under our returns policy.
