FAQ

Do you take / do Commissions?

I am more than happy to discuss options around doing a piece / painting for you and the really good news is that you only take delivery of the piece if you are completely happy and satisfied with it.

People commission pieces for their homes, offices, as a present for themselves or for someone else special. Birthday presents, new home, wedding lists and special wedding anniversaries, Christmas present, leaving or retirement present for a colleague are just some of the examples of why people have requested a special painting or piece from me.

Typically, the steps involved in organising a commission are:

  • Discuss & agree style, colours and dimensions you are interested in;
  • Agree timeline / delivery date;
  • View emerging piece, via email;
  • View completed piece, before framing.

As mentioned, I am keen to ensure that you are happy with the piece you have commissioned, and payment is only completed when you are absolutely happy with your new artwork.

What kind of frame do you supply?

The frames on my original works and if you choose to have one of my prints framed, they will typically be one of my trademark hand painted white wooden box frame. They give a really crisps, modern and high quality finish to each piece. If you have a particular preference for a different finish or colour, we can obviously look at options.

All my frames are produced locally in north Co. Dublin.

Can I try out a piece of artwork and see how it fits my room?

If you are based in Meath, Dublin or neighbouring counties, I offer a ‘See it in-situ’ and ‘try before you buy’ facility for original pieces or large Limited Edition Prints I have here in the studio. This is where I can deliver the artwork to your house / home so you can see how it looks and fits with your room and decor. If you would find this helpful in helping to decide on a piece of artwork, please contact me directly and I would be delighted to arrange.

Returns

What if my piece gets lost or damaged?

If your piece gets lost or damaged, I offer a replacement or full refund. Print must be returned in its original packaging. What if I change my mind? If you are unhappy with your piece or just change your mind, we offer a full refund up to 14 days after receipt - in these case the customer would pay for return shipping.
